As a commercial airline captain, he understands the importance of preparation, accountability, teamwork, sound decision making, and leadership, qualities that closely align with the values Bridge The Gaps seeks to develop in the young people it serves.
Beyond his professional career, Marcus is deeply committed to youth development. As a father of two sons, he is passionate about helping them become the best student athletes and young men they can be. That same commitment extends into his community through coaching youth football and serving as a positive example for young athletes.
